MEMS & Microfluidics Computer-Aided Design Tools - OPEN

CMC Microsystems is able to offer access to the ANSYS, CoventorWare, MEMS Pro and Tanner tools to Canadian researchers. The number of tokens available are noted below:

These tools provide varying functionality for the design and simulation of MEMS and Microfluidics components for either standalone use or as part of an integrated microsystem. For more information about these tools, please refer to the vendors websites noted below:
